CNC Punching — TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 Mid-sized tank fittings, flanges, and brackets are punched on Bolong's TRUMPF. TruPunch 1000. Automated tool changes hold cycle times tight and keep hole positions within spec, so every stamped part that lands at the welding station is geometry-matched to the one before it.

Robotic Welding — YASKAWA MA2010 (Heavy-Duty Tanks) Large fermentation tanks are welded by YASKAWA MA2010 robotic arms programmed for thick-plate, long-seam runs. The arc stays consistent along the full circumference, giving uniform penetration and airtight seams—heavy work that gets tiring and uneven by hand.

Laser Tube Cutting—TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber (T07) Tube work on Bolong's line runs on the TRUMPF TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber. Tubes are clamped in a 360° rotary chuck for full-profile cutting; small parts drop into auto-collection, and dimensional tolerance stays within ±0.03 mm—so each pipe arrives at the next station, cut clean and ready to weld.

Sheet Laser Cutting — TRUMPF TruLaser 2030 fiber Plate work — tank shells, end caps, reinforcing sheets — is handled by Bolong's TRUMPF TruLaser 2030 fiber. Edges come off smooth and burr-free, dimensions are held within ±0.03mm, and blanks arrive at the welding jig flat and square, which is what keeps a tank tight across years of service.

Standardized Welding Workstation — YASKAWA / OTC Robot Cell Each welding bay pairs a robotic arm (YASKAWA MA2010 or OTC FD-V6S) with a dedicated fixture for the part being built. The fixture dictates position and angle; the robot dictates arc stability. Together they deliver repeatable seam quality across every batch—from small parts to large tanks.
