The 18th China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit will be held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, from November 3 to 4, 2025. Jointly organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the People’s Government of Henan Province, and the People’s Bank of China, this summit centers on the theme “Embracing Innovation and Intelligence, Win-Win Future.” It will focus on emerging productive forces sectors including new energy, intelligent equipment manufacturing, aviation logistics, and smart agriculture, aiming to deepen economic and trade cooperation between China and Latin America, foster innovative development, and advance mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
The 18th China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit grandly opened in Zhengzhou, bringing together political and business representatives from Latin America and China to jointly explore emerging cooperation areas such as new energy, smart agriculture, and intelligent equipment manufacturing.
Since its inception in 2007, the China-Latin America Entrepreneurs Summit has evolved into a vital platform for economic cooperation between China and Latin America and the Caribbean, serving as a flagship initiative under the Forum of China-Latin America and Caribbean States (FOCALACE). Hosted by Zhengzhou, Henan Province, this summit coincides with the 10th anniversary of FOCALACE, marking a significant milestone that signals the entry of China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation into a new phase of high-quality development.
This summit features unprecedented scale and grandeur. Deputy ministers and above from over 20 Latin American countries including Nicaragua, Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, and Chile, along with ambassadors to China, heads of overseas business associations, and renowned entrepreneurs, have gathered in Zhengzhou to explore new directions for China-Latin America economic and trade cooperation. Leaders including Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; Liu Ning, Secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee; and Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega Murillo will attend and deliver important speeches. The conference will be opened by He Baoxiang, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
During the summit, a “1+1+4+5” series of economic and trade events will be held, including an opening ceremony, a plenary session, four thematic dialogues, and five supporting activities. Topics will cover hot areas such as new energy vehicles, intelligent equipment manufacturing, smart agriculture, aviation cargo hubs, and cross-border trade, promoting in-depth cooperation between China and Latin American countries in green economy, digital economy, and high-end manufacturing.
As an innovative leader in China’s agricultural equipment sector, Henan Hebi Bolong Company has been invited to participate in this summit. During the China-Latin America Smart Agriculture Cooperation Dialogue held on the afternoon of November 3, participants engaged in in-depth discussions centered on “technological exchange, cultural mutual trust, policy interconnection, and industrial integration.” The meeting proposed advancing international cooperation and shared development in smart agriculture by leveraging China’s advanced technological exports while integrating the agricultural characteristics and cultural contexts of Latin American nations.
Representatives from Uruguay and Chile highlighted their respective livestock industry strengths: Uruguay is renowned for its high-quality cattle, while Chile boasts advanced poultry farming. However, both nations identified room for improvement in manure resource utilization and automated farming equipment. For Bolong, this presents a perfect convergence point for technology export and industrial collaboration.
Bolong’s organic fertilizer fermentation tanks and automated egg collectors effectively address Latin America’s challenges in livestock waste treatment, environmental management, and farming automation, helping local farms transition from “pollution control” to “resource recycling.” Bolong plans to leverage this international summit platform to deepen cooperation with Latin American nations in smart farming equipment, agricultural waste processing, and green energy utilization, offering a “Chinese solution” for sustainable agricultural development in the region.
